Greek lemon chicken soup!

I was looking for a way to use leftover chicken from a monster cornishX and an abundance of eggs. This soup is just the ticket! Has to be the best soup I've ever made! Uses eight egg yolks ( dogs had scrambled egg whites for dinner) , lemon from my tree and plenty of my cooked leftover chicken, plus my canned chicken broth.
Very easy. I didn't post the recipe as I noticed they all looked about the same. Lemons, chicken, carrots, broth. Rice. The trick is to whip your eight egg yolks, then temper them with a little hot soup before adding to the finished pot of soup.
So rich, lemony and creamy!
