JD, the red hen scourge has major powers.  She has already 'done in': Mike Rowe, MFB, IMP, and that nasty chef guy.  Do not underestimate her powers.  Threats against Hammie seem to keep her in check better than bribes.  Also as previously mentioned she seems to fear the Hulk and perhaps even Shrek.  Their massive greenness can extinguish the     .

She is a major adversary.

The green finger nail polish might be somewhat of an overkill - reminiscent of fungal infections ya know.
