That's why we like Sail Toads! Those are the toads found on the road that are hard, dry, and flat so you can sail them like a Frisbee!

Ever make reconstituted soup out of 'sail toads'?

I made some for DH, but I didn't touch it. He wouldn't have either if he had known what was in it.

We have always called them "toad pancakes," and we had a dog that loved to eat them. She nearly got run over one time because she was so busy prying one off of the road surface, she didn't come when Critter called.
