I suppose Alaskan has played "where is the bear" game...like yesterday, when Alaskan saw the large pile of bear skat by the kids play gym.

Alaskan now wonders where that bear is...since some of the little Alaskans are still tasty bear snack sized.

In the song convoy there was a line that they had a bear in the air, and a bridge was filled with them..... there is a band with the words bare naked in it, but was told the name was false advertisement because the band members where clothed men.

"Where is the Bear?" Why didn't I know about this game as a young man? What are the rules? Is it too late for me to play this game?

"Mad dogs and Englishmen" - mowing lawn in the 'noonday sun'.

Sour, I know you aren't English, so are you inferring that you are a mad dog?

"Noonday sun" is something I haven't seen a lot of lately. We've seen a surprising amount of cloudiness, and the resulting rain has everything growing like crazy. I've had to mow the pasture more than usual. While it's wonderful that the clouds keep the temps down, getting caught by a downpour when the tractor and I are nearly a quarter mile from the barn isn't my idea of fun!

"The Great Escape" - Just saw a video of an Impala being chased by two Cheetahs in Kruger National Park. It leapt into a car through an open window.

They opened the door on the side away from the Cheetahs, and it calmly trotted away. Life is GREEN for that lucky Impala.

Probably a lucky day for the occupants of that car, too. I don't think I'd care to be stuck in a car with a scared impala, though I'm not sure I'd fancy my chances with the cheetahs, either!
