Green eggs and Ham anyone?

I think - this is just theory - that she is part wellsummer. I got the eggs she came from off ebay and of the two pens she could come from one had all true amerecaunas but colors were not seperated, the other pen had true ameracaunas and some wellsummer hens with a silver ameracauna roo. The egg she hatched from was a minty green tinted egg - if you add the brown tint from a wellsummer - TADA! Kenmore Avacado!

OH so EE's can lay brown! Could it be that my EE are laying and they are brown? I keep looking for green and at 37/38 weeks was beginning to wonder. I found a pullet size egg but it was brown.

Beautiful egg!!

Note to newbies: If you haven't purchased your chicks make sure you get an EE or you will be jealous, envious, and down right disappointed if you don't. Been there, done that!!!! And can't do anything about it.
