Ya know it is kind of funny----but then again, since green eggs aren't commercial and are more than likely home grown, there could be some logic behind it. Thanks for sharing the giggles.

I just love how they're all free range eggs but the green ones are supposedly more nutritious. I guess people that don't own chickens might fall for it, just like they sometimes tend to believe brown eggs are better than white.

It's probably an older farmer who is offering those eggs. Back in the day hatcheries tried to pull a fast one on the public by claiming to offer lower cholesteral eggs (you can tell cuz they're green!). In fact, I believe that's the reason that EEs were first offered in hatcheries in the first place.

The FDA asked hatcheries to prove it, and they promptly shut up.
