That looks Olive. What's the genetic background of the hen that laid that egg?My first green egg today!

She is an olive egger from Ideal. Identical to my Welsummer except has a modified pea comb. I would guess Welsummer/EE mix.That looks Olive. What's the genetic background of the hen that laid that egg?
What would be the parentage for those Easter eggers? I've only had ones that I purchased from hatcheries. They all laid blue eggs, one laid green eggs.
I have several chickens, four that produce brown eggs, one that produces pink eggs, and 2 Starlight green eggs. I just bought 10 Prairie Blue Bells. I am keeping some of them and a friend and getting the others. I love my green egger girls, and I am super excited about the blue egger girls.Now that I have my hands on an Araucana Rooster, I will start a project I have been thinking for a long time. To sale colorful eggs, now I could sale both but I might not have enough space for both. So if you had to chose between buy premium green or blue eggs for consumption. Which one would you prefer?
I could go the Azur path(Araucana x Leghorns)

I don’t know anything about this. What are you talking about?I don't have the resources for that. But thankfully I now have an Araucana rooster with homozygous Oocyan mutation with homozygous pea comb...
@DarJonesI don’t know anything about this. What are you talking about?
Here I was hoping for a very detailed post by DarJones.
I do like the Olive. I get some beautiful eggs from my Cream Legbar.Now that I have my hands on an Araucana Rooster, I will start a project I have been thinking for a long time. Fascinating! I looked it up and the biology largely went over my head, but I devoured the Araucana history http://www.araucana.net/history/Here I was hoping for a very detailed post by DarJones.
So Here I will try to do my best.
@Cat Ballou
The Oocyan mutation causing the blue egg shell color is linked the Pea Comb(In the case of Araucana or Ameraucana) or to the Single Comb(in the case of CCL, Blue Isbars) and that linkage its very difficult to break so there is a 95% chance that a grandson of an Araucana that inherits a peacomb(usually floppy because it's in it's heterozygous state P/p+) will inherit a copy of the Oocyan mutation so this grandson will also give it's female daughters that inherit the pea comb gene a 95% chance laying blue eggs
