green eggs

Green eggs are the result of a cross between a blue egg laying gene carrying chicken and a light brown egg laying gene (over simplified, as there's a number of genes involved in brown egg formation) carrying chicken. An Araucana rooster, for example, crossed with a brown egg laying hen will result in some of the off-spring laying green eggs.

Eggs, whatever the colour taste exactly the same.
