The horse, Hera, obeyed Layla and went into a swift pace. Dennis turned the cart around and walked not too far behind.

A young mare walked around the woods by the pastures. Her deep black coat glistened in the hot sun. She glistened from the swear on her back. The white snip on her nose was dull because of mud and dirt. Pitch black reins dangled from her neck. She mouthed the bit. The beautiful blue saddle pad made her stand out. The number 7 plastered on it's side. The small leather saddle imitated heat. The hood and blinkers on her head made her even hotter. Foam sweat was slathered on her side. She was to the point of exhaustion. She didn't know what to do.

She looked up. Should couldnt see him though because of the blinkers " awful things" she mumbled.

He reached over the fence and chewed them off, revealing himself. His coat was a sleek red sorrel, his muscles rippling under, and all four of his legs had a tall white sock adorned with a zig-zagging stripe at the tips. Inola's perfectly groomed mane swayed back and forth in the breeze, while his forelock nearly touched his dark toned eyes. He was a stunning stallion indeed.

She shook her long black mane. "thank you" she said quietly
