wha? i use just a plan pencil and color markers with color pencils

The Medium is whatever you used to draw the picture, like paints or pencils.

Those were just examples.

Like, the medium I use most often is pencil, but you used markers and colored pencils for your picture. Those are all good examples of mediums.
