Green muscle disease

One of my chickens has a green foot. I think it's green muscle disease. I think it's due to the lack of exercise she does since I give her opportunities to exercise but she likes to be stuck in a dark corner all the time. Is there any way to cure the disease and I'd I can't cure it, is it fatal?

Is she acting ill? You say she sits in the corner of the coop, has she not been able to go out with the rest with the weather?

She's too scared to be with the others since they keep pecking her. It's gotten to the point where they don't like her to eat even when they're done. She freaks out whenever they put their beaks close to her too.

I did some research, Green muscle disease is found in heavier birds and in their breast area, not her feet. she's an easter egger, so she will have green pigment in her feet.
Frequently, when it comes to bullied birds, they take on a 'pick on me' demeanor and it rarely gets better.

Green muscle disease is mainly seen on the breast muscle of broiler chickens.
So very unlikely the green you see on her foot is disease.

Photo is relatively dark, so if you can get some more photos that are in better lighting and clear, that may be helpful. A few photos of the hen and of her poop would be good too. Thanks!

Green coloration on the foot like that is probably bruising from injury.

You mention she's too scared of the others, hides in dark corners and is not getting to eat.
Move her to her own pen or coop. If that's not possible, then cage her, but block off a couple of sides so she feels more secure/protected, and the other chickens can't gawk at her so much. Provide her with her own food/water but place them where the others can't reach in the kennel or her space.

Has she always been lowest and picked on or is this a new behavior?
Does she lay eggs?

Do check her over for lice/mites, look her over for any more green tinted skin which would indicate further injuries. See that her crop is emptying overnight as well.

How much space do you have in your coop/run (sqft), how many birds?
Sometimes multiple food and water stations need to be provided to ensure all birds are able to get to food/water.

It's "recommended" 4sqft per chicken in a coop & 10sqft per in a run ... How many chickens do you have? You says "it's relatively small" so would it be possible to expand? Has she always had "off colored" leg/feet or is this recently? What breed is she?

She's always been the lowest of the bunch since she is the smallest. I haven't seen her eggs in a while although I stay with her to make sure she's eating. And idk how many sqft the coop has but it's relatively small.

Consider adding extra space or move her to another pen with a buddy so she can eat/drink in peace and recover.

I'll follow ur suggestions and yes the others do bully her and the rooster wants to mate with her but he's too violent which ends up hurting her. So I don't let them mate.

This is recent and they might get a new coop soon but I don't know yet. I don't know her breed. She's always been an off white color but she hasn't been bathing which makes her look darker.

I stay with her when i have time. I always make sure they have a constant supply of food. She's the same chicken since my other chickens are fine.
