Hey I am considering buying some green pheasant eggs I found. Are green pheasants just a color mutation of the ringneck? Because I heard something about green pheasants being japanese or something? They are the same species as regular ringnecks, right?

You are probably refering to the Green mutation ringnecks, sometimes called green melanistics. They are a mutation of the common ringneck and in no way the same as the Japanese Green Pheasant, a separate species and very different in plumage pattern. True Japanese greens are hard to come by, and unlikely someone would be offering eggs, but I guess you could be lucky!

Ok, the Japanese pheasants are a completely different species than the Chinese ringneck

. So where can a person get these? I asked this because I posted a few picks of them I pulled off the web. They are completely beautiful and unlike any ring necks I've seen.
