Green poo and a limping roo...connected? Help please! Poop pic added.

They are 12 weeks, have been on the medicated starter and I just added organic grower to the feeder but they haven't gotten to it yet.
I am wracking my brain wondering what it could be...they haven't been exposed to other chickens.

I would check about an infection then,,,,,

that is one of the signs of MS/MG but they have respiritory symptoms and swollen spots: not neccasarily all symptoms show

Okay, my other roo just pooped right in front of me and this is what it looks like:

Other poops have been more runny from the one who is limping.

I'm sorry but I couldn't find the sticky about MS/MG. Could you tell me what that is?

Edited to add:
Now one chick is walking around with her mouth open (this one: https://www.backyardchickens.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=72893) and the one who is limping is eating pine shavings. These seem like weird things to do, even for chickens! Or am I just paranoid and looking for any little sign of illness?
It doesn't help that I am supposed to leave for a week on Saturday so I am extra concerned about leaving my babies if something is wrong!
