Green poop and worms vs cecal poop

My girl that just got over gapeworm apparently has a secondary infection from them and is now on amoxy.

Her poop is bright green and has been for a while. I know that this means that she is probably starving, but she just has never been a big eater. Now that she is sick she only wants meal worms, safflower seeds. Luckily her tiny crop was full when I went down there, but what do I do about this green poop?!

I went and looked at the poop chart, and couldnt find it. My one concern was though that I cant tell the difference between cecal poop and worm poop. I just wormed them a week ago with wazine, so I am a bit confused...

Mine eat lots of fresh veggies, and sometimes have neon green poops, I believe it's just from eating lots of greens. However, it does sound like you have other issues going on with yours.

Are you sure your were dealing with gapeworm? Wazine only gets rid of large roundworms, not gapes nor any other type of worm.
Try giving your hen buttermilk mixed with chopped boiled egg for a few days and nothing else, except water.
Cecal poop looks like a melted hershey kiss and stinks to high heaven. Constant diarrhea can be a sign of worms, your hen wouldve become lethargic as well from the lack of nutrients. Large roundworms wouldve been excreted in the poop and you wouldve seen them if she was infested with them, otherwise they are paralyzed and absorbed as protein and may not necessarily be excreted.

Yes the vet gave her some panacur for the gapeworm.

She is eating, just not really drinking. It is just so weird. I think it may also be because she is having a hard time breathing from the infection so she doesnt want to eat much.

My other girls that have the cecal vs worm poop had the wazine. It is just so darn random which is why I am thinking it is probably just the cecal. It just seems overly foamy and yellow or very watery.

I agree with you that the yellow/foamy poop is cecal poop, about every 8-10 droppings which is normal.
The breathing issue; put your ear to her side. If you hear any gurgling, wheezing, or rattling, it's a respiratory problem. If you hear any clicking, it's a bad heart or heart valve.

I was listening to her chest today and there is no wheezing. The sound is mainly coming from her trachea area.

Her droppings are still green and I have been feeding her everything from regular crumbles, to wet dog food with no change. I am not sure what to do at this point.

She has a few more days left of her amoxicillin, but after that, what if she isnt better?
