Green poop, dying chickens??

Hello, I've had a couple chickens within the last six months have green poop and lethargic. Some died, some pulled through just to die later on. This one I found yesterday with these symptoms. She's 19 weeks old. She's not interested in eating or drinking, mostly sleeps. Feels very light. What is causing this? How do I treat this? I've check the feed and containers, no sign of mold. I did discover mites, so I'm treating for that now. We're in Florida so we've had a lot of rain the past two months; the chickens have a dirt run they spend the day in. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.

My first guess would be worms. Cocci is not as common at this age. Can you take some of that fresh poop to the nearest vet for a fecal test. Most all dog vets will test the poop for very cheep.

Are they showing any signs of curled feet, lameness, drooping wings, or a twisted neck? The best way to diagnose a problem is to have a necropsy performed by the state vet or a poultry college, on a freshly dead refrigerated body. They can also euthanize a sick bird beforehand. Coccidiosis could be a cause, or something like Mareks or lymphoid leukosis, which tend to cause a lack of immunity to common diseases. A vet could run a fecal float to look for coccidiosis or worm load. Look them over for lice and mites, especially under the vent and elsewhere. Green droppings can be a sign of not eating enough or eating a lot of greens. There looks to be a lot of white urates which can indicate dehydration.
