Green Poop from lethargic bird

So I have had an attack on my chickens recently and I found this hen still alive but in bad shape. She doesnt have any injuries other than a hurt eye. Is she in shock or actually sick? She is also drooling.

Is she eating/drinking? Her crop looks large in the picture, but maybe just the angle. Is her crop empty, full, soft and squishy, hard, etc? Sometimes green is from not eating, but possibly she has more going on. Crop should be empty first thing in the morning before access to food and water. How long ago was the attack and by what? Are you sure she had no other injuries than the eye? I'm wondering if she was crushed and hurt internally, or has a puncture somewhere that has gotten infected.

When was the last time she laid an egg?
She may be having trouble passing an egg, can you feel inside her vent about 1-2" ?
Is she pooping at all?

She has a green poop. She has not laid an egg. She is having trouble breathing almost like she’s choking on her own spit.

Green poop generally means she isn't eating, and the green is bile pigment. I would try to get her to eat some scrambled eggs.

If she is having respiratory issues I'd think about treating her for mycoplasma with injections of Tylan, which can flare up in extreme stress like she's undergone. (assuming you are absolutely sure there's no mechanical injury from the attack).

Difficulty breathing could be caused by more than one thing. She may have an injured air sac from the attack, it could be a respiratory infection as said above. Another thought is a broken egg inside her from the attack and infection from that. Do you know when she last laid? Was she laying at the time of the attack? Please review all the questions asked by everyone so far and try to answer with as much detail as you can, we can't really help if we don't fully understand what is going on. As sick as she appears to be I would be inclined to start an antibiotic anyway. For respiratory infections Tylan would be appropriate, if it's injury from attack then I would use amoxicillin.
