Hi, I have a two days old baby chick and so far he has pooped three times, and all three times his poops has been green. Is that normal?

It's not something I'd be worried about. At two days it is probably mostly living on the yolk it absorbed before hatch. It may take a bit for its system to get up to speed. But it is time to get it some real food.

Is it eating? If so, what.

I fed him some eggs for the first day and half before moving onto some medicated chick starter grower

It's normal for baby chicks during there 3 day period. Make sure to have there chick feed available for them. If the crumbles seems large, put some in a plastic bag and use a hammer to smash to make it smaller.

Sounds good to me. One time I thought my flock was pooping pure blood, the poop was red. Then I remembered I had fed them a lot of beet skins I had from canning beets. Feeding them red cabbage can give the poop a blue color, sort of a fluorescent blue sheen. I wonder if those egg yolks could have colored the poop green?

Probably not, I've seen some strange colors in a chick's poop shortly after hatch. I don't see that you have anything to worry about. I also consider it a good question. No need to worry needlessly.
