Green poopy butt feathers

Hey yall, I'm concerned for on of my pullets. She has green, runny poop stuck to her butt feathers, and her face looks decently pale. She is my exhibition bird who I'm taking to show, and I want to make sure she isn't sick or anything. I will add pictures in a moment, but I just want to know if anyone can help or tell me if this is an issue I need to worry about. She had it yesterday too, but I cleaned her off with a baby wipe, just to sadly see her like this again today. Hope someone can help! Thanks

We are giving her medicated chick feed now, with a hit if scrambled eggs for protein
