Green Queen Easter Egger - Roo Suspicion

Hello! I have a 12 week old Green Queen Easter Egger that I have started suspecting of being a Roo. This is my first time raising chickens so I'm still trying to take it all in. S(he) was the friendliest one in the bunch as a baby chick, but now is the most stand offish. This is now our biggest with the thickest legs and is the "leader". Tail feathers are long and starting to arch. I also read something about brown patches on shoulders being a sign of a rooster??? Would love to know what y'all think. Thanks!
