Green skin and can't walk

My hen who is 8 years old has been unable to put any weight on one of her legs for a couple days now. She has had a limp for about a year now however, it never really affected her like this. Right under where the feathers start on her leg, her skin is very green. She just lays down all day and I am really worried about her. I cannot feel a break or anything in her leg but I was wondering if maybe I should create a splint? Any suggestions? I'm really worried about her!

I'm sorry she isn't feeling well.
Has this 'green' been there for a year or is the green new?

Just double checked and she is no longer green but still can't walk!

Green could be from bruising.
Bruising could be from an injury.

Did the green just happen or has it been green a long time?
