Green Spots on Duck Bill

My male indian runner has green spots on his bill. Overtime they seem to be getting more and more. He is almost one year old and started developing them about a month and a half ago. He is acting normal, but around the time these spots appeared the other duck I had was killed by a possum. Is this a normal or is there a deeper problem?

Normal. yes your right he will get more as he ages....
