Green Watery Poo - Tired - Listless Hen

I am new to raising chickens so forgive me naivety please. One of my hens has been very tired the past couple days...has a hard time holding her body up. Falls over easily. Eyes wanting to shut. Green watery poop. She is around 5-6 months.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to help her? I would like to treat naturally. I gave her some yogurt mixed with her food. She is eating and drinking. Have her isolated in warm basement.

Green watery poop sounds like diarrhea to me, it can mean she is dehydrated/starved too. Here is a link that might help.

Any other symptoms? Crop not emptying, runny nose, eye problems?

The yoghurt is a good idea so keep it up (without overfeeding of course). Make sure she gets enough water too (via syringe of needed).

Welcome to BYC. Green poop is often a sign of starvation. If you want to try to save her, you'll need to bring her inside where it's warm.
