Green watery poop

I have read about this but can’t find post. My hens have cold like symptoms. It was just one at first but now all are coming up with them. Green watery poop and puffy feathers like there cold. Suggestions please

How old are your hens?
Do you have photos of them and the poop?

Cold like symptoms - can you give more details, are they coughing/sneezing, wheezing, mucous, bubbles in the eyes, etc?

What do you feed, including treats?

Any lice/mites, have you added new birds recently, added any bedding that may be dusty that could cause respiratory symptoms, how's the ventilation in their coop?
