I processed my Cornish X roosters this weekend. After killing/bleeding, I hung them by their feet for plucking. After a few minutes of hanging, one of the wings on one bird turned green- BRIGHT green. I cut into it and it was apparently just under the skin. I was thinking it might be bruising from flopping in the cone, but any thoughts would help. I cut the wing off and threw it away but saved the rest of the bird. I can post a pic if need be.
