I have decided to start gardening again and am building raised beds to keep the ducks out :) I found a metal hoop greenhouse out in a junk pile!! It's 12' wide at the base and I'll probably do 20' long for now. But I don't know what to cover it with. I've researched a lot but still can't decide. Main issue is I'm in Idaho and get lots of wind and some snow. I could always take it down in winter if necessary as I probably won't try to grow all winter unless I find a cheap way to heat it. So I need a durable covering, what do all of you use and links if you have them? Pictures? I don't mind spending a bit more for a heavy duty tarp like cover that will last at least a few years. Thanks!

Thanks! I hadn't seen the wiggle wire before and that may be a good option. I'm thinking I may do the end walls out of plywood and leave the covering up at least spring to fall. I can build it so I can roll up the sides for ventilation and doors on both ends. I just think it's too much hassle to put it up in spring, down in summer, up in fall, and possibly down in winter if a heavy snow load. I think I'll be able to leave it up all winter with the low snow amounts we've had the last several years. I want to use fairly heavy plastic as we have so much wind. Maybe around 10 mil or the ones that have woven fabric inside. Maybe the wiggle wire won't work with that, once I figure out covering I'll decide how to fasten. I just want it done so I can use it! :)
