Basterno Plus through the flock 3 adults with 1 pale gaping & acting hot in 60 degree weather, eats everything in sight and lays everyday , 16 6wk old's growing like weeds.
Cherry Tomato Red Heads on all but the old hen that gapes - she's pale - Would Panacur help her ?

How old is the hen?
Check her crop to make sure it's emptying and feel her abdomen below the vent between the legs for any bloat or fluid.

Where are you located in the world? Gapeworm is not that common, often an older hen is having issues with something else that will cause gaping.

Basterno Plus is Levamisole + Albendazole, both *should* treat most worms poultry can have.
Panacur is Fenbendazole which will treat most worms that poultry can have if given at the correct dosing.

How long has it been since she was given Basterno Plus?

1 week today since Basterno Plus , located in KY , Purchased the hen 3wks ago & She's done it since day 1 , Its been extremely hot so I chalked it up as change in environment / stress, she is very tame - but she is the only pale / gaping fowl on the farm regardless of temp , imma guess 4yrs old

Can you get a video of her? Upload to youtube or the BYC Gallery.

Any signs of respiratory symptoms like mucous, facial swelling, bubbly eyes, pus in the eyes, sneezing, etc.?

Any lesions, canker or white/yellow pasty material inside the beak?

Crop emptying?

Getting a new bird and she's done this since day one, that does not sound good. Have you bought from this person before? If so, can you ask them what their thoughts might be? That would give a clue.

No swelling , no mucus , sneezing , no obvious respiratory issues - loose stool for a week but that's sorted out, Yes all 3 adult fowl came from same individual , Previous Owner contacted , fowl was alleged to have been de-wormed 2 wks before I took possession , maybe just old ?

Depends on breed, at 4yrs it's possible she's just old. If he dewormed and you have too, I wouldn't deworm again for a good while unless you see actual worms in the poop.

Do you have photos of her?

I'd still check these other things out to be sure. 👇
