So my little bantam rooster is not looking right. He sleeps inside to minimise early morning crowing noise so I am able to keep an eye on his overnight poops. This morning when I let him out I noticed the poops did not look normal. There were fewer poops and they looked slightly sticky with the white part looking yellow. Not runny or diarrhea just slightly sticky and splatted shapes.

Whilst out in the garden I noticed him sitting down a few times. Thought I could be imagining things but as leader of the flock he hardly ever takes a rest usually. So I kept him inside the rest of the afternoon and noticed his poops are still sticky and wet ish with now bright greenish looking tinge. Definitely not related to something green he has eaten like grass or something. No sign of blood or worms in the poop. None of my other chickens seem affected. Also his comb seems to be drooping slightly, but still a good red colour.

I gave him some Yogurt and scrambled egg and he ate them happily. He still walks about and crows and Eats and drinks fine but just doesn't seem quite as energetic. What could be the problem and how could I treat him?

Do you have a vet that does fecal floats? That sounds like what my coccidia infested hen was doing. It was really bad.
Does he feel thin at all?

Unfortunately there is no vet that will treat chickens near me. He doesnt feel thin but he is worse this morning, more wet and green/yellow poop and he has much less energy than normal. He didn't have much interest in his pellets but drank a lot.
I am keeping him inside today to rest.
I check his poop when I clean his overnight crate every day and before yesterday everything was normal. So hopefully whatever is wrong is very recent.

What is the treatment for coccidiosis?

In the United States it's Corid, I think it's callex coxoid in the U.K..?

Green poop often indicates not eating. Has it been extra hot where you are, temps over 75 degrees F (23-25 C)? Does he have plenty of shade outside to get out of the sun? I would start with Nutridrench or something similar, but have the cocci treatment on hand if that doesn't help.

Can you post some photos of the poop and of him?
How old is he?

I would check to make sure the crop is empty in the morning before he eats/drinks. Green poop can be an indication not eating/poor nutrition, worms, coccidiosis, infection and certain diseases Marek's. Getting a fecal float is always a good idea, in the UK a lot of people use Westgate Labs.

I would keep him hydrated and offer his normal feed. A treat of hardboiled egg or tuna would be good.
It's possible the poop could be from Coccidiosis overload or worms. Coxoid is treatment for Coccidiosis, for worms check with your pet/feed store to see what they carry - I think Flubenvet is commonly used in the UK. https://poultrykeeper.com/general-chickens/worming-chickens/

I am suspicious it could be crop issues now. He has hardly eaten anything all day but his crop is full and squishy. Could be water because he has drank quite a lot of water? I've never dealt with sour crop before there is no obvious smell.

I usually leave food and water in his crate overnight so he can eat when he wakes up at dawn but tonight I will remove the food until I get up to see if his crop empties.

Here is a photo of his poop this morning. It has been the same all day.

This morning his crop was like a small squishy balloon. He had not eaten or drank anything for more than 12 hours. Does this mean his crop has some kind of blockage?
He is definitely getting worse. No crowing this morning and sitting down with eyes mostly closed. His poop is black bits with the same yellow.

He is drinking a lot of water now. I have not given him food today because of the crop worry.
