I know what you mean about the bantams, This was my first time hatching bantams(Sebrights and Phoenix) and they are only a couple of days old. They are literally the size of a Susan B. Anthony Dollar coin. Too adorable;

Hi and welcome to BYC! We're glad you decided to join us! Did your neighbor's chickens adopt you, or are the two little ones your only chickens?

They have definitely adopted me because they know all he does is steal their eggs! Haha. I’ve also added a rooster to his flock and hope to integrate my two in it. The rooster also just became uncaged to free range and we are trying to get used to one another. After two weeks he’s calming down a little. He’s really good with the hens so I’m hoping his aggression resolved so I can have my grand children around him.
