Our ameraucana hens are settling in nicely. One of them is laying already.

The chicks are growing sooooooo fast, I can see changes everyday. The small herd of marans and ameraucana juveniles seem to be adjusting well. We are going to do some patch work on our metal coop today, and possibly work on some roosts and boxes for it. (right now it is a bare bones structure, with a 3'x3'x2' crate in it) I just wish it wasn't so darn hot today!!! I may go for a swim once we are finished.
