Thanks so much for your empathy, HenniesInMyHeart! It is hard to lose chickens to predators. Our plans moving forward includes a fence when we can afford it :)!

If you would like to share Pictures and Stories of your flock and/or other critters, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out ;)

Including your general location on your profile will assist others. Location, climate, season etc can be important factors when members are responding to any questions you may have and vice versa.

You might want to also Find Your State Thread and pop in and say hello.

Thank-you so much for your warm welcome, Teila! And for your informative share and links! I will definitely check those out! I smiled when you said, "BYC'ers never tie of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling...." My wife told me that, too! She said that people here LOVE the pics and the stories and the videos that people share! I will have to share some pics of our flock! That would be tons of fun! Have a great day, Teila :)!!
