Hello everyone I'm a seafarer, a marine engineer that loves and has a passion raising animals. I just found this website today and saw the environment of the forum is healthy and helpful to others. I joined BYC so that I can learn new things about chickens and raise them on my own. I'm thinking on retiring from seafaring when I hit 30 next year and after that I'll be a full time backyard chicken farmer.
