Tender of Chicken
Hi all!
My name is David and I hail from deep Bayou Country just north of New Orleans, LA. I just started my flock not too long ago and I am more than excited for this venture into Homesteading and this chapter of my life with these wonderful birds. My flock currently consists of a Barred Rock hen, a Golden Sexlink hen, a White Leghorn hen, two Cream Legbar hens, a Rhode Island Red hen, and a Silver Laced Wyandotte Rooster. I haven't come up with a name for my homestead/farm yet, but I definitely have been brainstorming some ideas. My market is pretty open, as I have not seen many people locally selling eggs; so I am very hopeful for the future. Great to be here and I am looking forward to learning more with you all!
