Hello everyone I'm new to raising chickens, starting off slow with a sweater rooster and Johnny jumper hen. Eventually I want to end up with a flock of about ten so I hope someone can help whenever I have any questions.

Your hen will most likely be a good setter and mother. Two broods and you will have enough birds to establish your desired flock. Understand that half of the chicks produced will be cockerels. Gamefowl cockerels will start fighting earlier than most other breeds - be prepared for this activity.
