Hello! I am also in Cecil county. I was wondering if you know of any laws here regarding backyard chickens and ducks or geese? I don't know if there are any limits on how many we can have? One of my neighbors told me "you can't have ducks" which i think is ridiculous because there are cows and horses around the corner and chickens and turkeys down the street. I think he just said that because he didn't like me telling him that I was tired of finding his dog's messes on my lawn...(he lets it loose to run the entire neighborhood) But I don't know if there are any rules regarding numbers of ducks or chickens, and I would like to know, because I want to get more ducks.
