Hi Everyone!

I just adopted two adorable Silkies. They were (irresponsibly) given to a friend of mine as an easter present and inevitably began to grow up. Unlike her town our town allows a small number of chickens to be kept. These will be my first chickens although I have been thinking about getting a few hens for the past 2 years. I'm hoping to have some fun taking care of these ladies and get some eggs.

When not talking chickens I love woodworking and spending time with the kids. I hope to combine both of those hobbies with my new chickens.
