What part of the state are you in?
If you are on FB there is also a very active Colorado Backyard Chickens group. I have not been on in months, but responses are quick on there and there are lots of people breeding/buying/selling birds as well as various swaps. I wish I had known about it before I got my birds.
It is most certainly in disrepair and in need of an over haul! Especially the predator proofing...We have a ton of them here. I'll be certainly be researching that in detail. My new pullets are due at the end of May!The coop is an added bonus with the house that needs to get filled. Welcome to BYC.
