Hello everyone !

My name is Mario and I live in a city of Osijek in Croatia. I'm student of agriculture (last year....yey) and I plan to rise chickens. I've stumbled on this site while searching for some informations for beginners (nice site though, many informations). Since this is all fairly new to me expect many questions xD

Well I plan to start small, let's say some 25 - 50 chicks and if that succeeds I'll get more. I just don't know what breed to get. Hubbard, Ross ? I need breed which has good food conversion, any suggestions ?

Any general advice for chick-noob like me ?
