When we were searching for our retirement place we looked in Johnson county, there are times when I wish we would have found something that far east.

We lucked out. Went looking on a weekend and this had just come on the market. I don't think it would have lasted long. The trick here is finding water. Some properties have none and no city water. After all the military moves, this is our retirement place. They can bring me out in a bag

24 moves in 18 years, I was Air Force. Retired in 92 during the "Peace dividend" era.
