Montana
Warm greetings to all my fellow chicken keepers, I'm not new actually, returning to the forum after six years almost though. A lot has happened since, we've moved to Montana, our dream place to settle; our twins are turning 6, I've put my doctorate to use and am a professor now, am a board member of the chicken club; own two horses, and four chickens and as soon as we move to our own house I'll have my flock of nine chickens and one rooster...so we have started living the dream I've had since I was six.
Its good to be back, I've missed you all, sharing the passion, respect and advice...thank you :0)

Welcome back!

Thank you Sumi and 1muttsfan, its good to be back.
Just covered my coop, it is too windy here today with snow showers coming in. It is going to be 0 degrees tonight, I do not have any heater or light inside the coop. But I did load it with pine shavings, the coop is protected from drafts from all sides, is that good enough?

Hi Weimarmama, thank you, we moved here from Alabama, wish I could say and we miss it but Montana is heaven on earth, you should visit us some day :)
