Welcome. I agree with @DobieLover, I would only add that if you cannot build a large coop, convert a shed. Also, use 1/2 inch hardware cloth everywhere in coop and run that has more than an inch opening.Hello and welcome to BYC!Glad you joined.
Don't buy a pre-fab coop. Build one after thoroughly researching what chickens actually need in a coop.
Ensure you select breeds that are well suited to your climate.
Understand the perils of chicken math and make the coop and run twice as big as you think you'll need...
