Greetings from Northern Ontario

tx for the welcome all
I have been slaving away at building a coop but being winter and still having 2-3 feet of snow I'm building it in a shed. I'm building it in sections (walls , floor etc ) and found an awesome resource for material. A local snowmobile dealer tosses the crates from new sleds in the dump. These are built with 2 x 3's and it's almost like a pre-assembled unit.
It's going to drop the cost of the shed greatly.
I'll start taking pics of the build but here's the issue. My birds come April 12th and I need the frost out of the ground before I can put the 4x4's in. It's going to be close indeed.
Which came first - the chicks or the coop
