Old Town is still there, with the gem shop and candy shop and all, but yes, Casa de Bandini became something 'historic' and not worth going to, I think 'the Cosmoplitan' or something like that. Actually, it seems to be something different every time we go. But there is a new Casa de Bandini, I think in Carlsbad. But San Diego is still cool, despite the ding dong that took over Old Town.
