I've not been in your situation but, I've read often that pre -built coops are often cheaply made- with claims that they can hold many more birds than what would be humanely possible.

Welcome to BYC ! I don't know your situation but often times folks over look things that they already have around that can be converted into a run or a coop. Like old green house loops may make a fine run when covered with wire of the proper mesh . Old pallets can be recycled into a good coop but it is a lot of work . Good luck !
