Hey all, im Jake.. new to the chicken game this year and started my flock in march with 3 white leghorns who have been laying about a month now and went to auction and got waaaay to many chicks for the space I had and then quickly had 34 chickens hahaha the math is real for sure lol

So raised them up to about 6 weeks, picked what i wanted to keep and tried to get rid of all the roosters, as living in a small town where the only requirements to keep them are no complaints about noise and smell from neighbors. Hes about 4 months old now and hes a beautiful bird but hes getting to frequent with his crowing and starting to get pretty aggressive trying to breed the girls, especially the ones that dont want it.

But now im down to a comfortable 13 lol tomorrow however it will be 12 as im taking the rooster, named Jayz (only because as a chick he had an awesome eyeliner pattern on his face and we thought he was a she and named him beyonce) back to the auction where someone will buy him and give him the space he needs to roam like he wants without fear of my wife yelling at him out the window to shut up.

Hopefully ill be able to post up all the pictures and give some names and thoughts on what i think they could be.. as i was told WTB and that was mostly believeable until one started laying tan eggs with a pinkish bloom that has like maybe white or baby blue speckles on it...

So for introductions lol here are the leghorns

Then Eugene lol aptly named for her Eugene Levy eye brows going on.. maybe a black copper marans or australorp mix i dont know, similar coloring to JayZ except the black legs with one little feather on one where the front of the roosters yellow legs are feathered. Also her black single comb that is sadly losing black to be red vs his peacomb

Now for hawk and hen stefani lol
Smallest of the group but same age, always near each other, probably EEs. Hawk is the blue and has some copper or gold coloring bleeding into her neck and breast feathers

Now that ive photodumped and made you read alot, ill ask for any advice on what some of these may be. Are they just all EEs crossed with everything else?

Thanks for being here and having some amazing pics and the answers to so many questions most people dont think to ask.
