Finally realizing my dream of having a hobby farm! I can't tell you how much info I've gleaned of of this website....how did we ever manage without the Internet. My chicks (4-Buff Orps, 4-RIR, 4-Barred Rock, and 15 Cornish X) are scheduled to ship on Monday. Research is ongoing, brooders are set up, and I feel like I did when I was 10 years old and Christmas was almost here!
We are also getting 6-8 Scottish Highland cattle as soon as the ground will cooperate with installing miles of beautiful fencing. Can this really be MY life? Whoopeeee!!!!!
