Greetings from Sunny Singapore

Hello everyone! I've always loved the idea of raising a backyard flock of my own, but Singapore being a very small and modern metropolis makes that prospect rather far-fetched. However, I'd recently moved into a lovely little property on the outskirts that's as close to a countryside as it gets in this city-state, so here I am finally embarking on this dream of mine! I've got a bunch of Silkie chicks in the brooder while I get to work on building my coop. Really looking forward to spending more of my time online in here now!
Hi there and fantastic to learn that you have a "family" of silkies here in Singapore. I am sure they are adorable! I have 4 young kids and they have recently started to show a keen interest in keeping Silkies as pets. In fact they are keen to go through the whole journey from hatching their own silkies via an incubator.

Was wondering if you could share any advice on how one can get hold of fertilised silkie eggs here in Singapore?

You will get more replies if you post a NEW THREAD, on Backyard Chickens but, I really don't know if eggs would withstand the rigors of shipping from USA to Singapore! Is there some closer country you could buy eggs from?
