Hello everyone! My name is Pam Grimm.
I am brand new to having a flock of chickens! I just hit the one month mark!
I currently have five chickens. My dog attacked one. I used to have 6. :-(
I have hyline chickens and got them as hens to get my feet wet!
My favorite aspect of having chickens is seeing them wandering around and listening to all their sounds!
I have one other hobby and that's soap making!
I have been married for 30 years, I have 4 children that I have home schooled all the way through. 3 of them are adults and out on their own, with one 12 year old still at home! I have two dogs and am a stay at home mom and Grandma! We just moved back to SW Missouri after 22 years in Houston, TX. I found BYC just with an internet search looking for answers to some questions! I have known about BYC for about a month! I figured being new to having chickens, I could benefit from a group of seasoned folks!
