I would build a 10x10 coop and would make the top half of the walls all 1/2" hardware cloth over the studs. Make very large roof overhangs to prevent any rain from getting into the coop. You can add tarps to all but the upper 6" all the way around to block winter wind but leave adequate space for good ventilation.
Try to have at least 20 linear feet of roost space and have each roost a minimum of 1 horizontal foot from the wall and 1 horizontal foot from the next roost.
Welcome to BYC. With two roosters in the mix, you may want a devided coop and run. They may get along just fine, but they can be unpredictable. Are they mature roosters? Usually around 6 months to a year, for standard roosters, they will establish a pecking order. There my still be little tiffs, but if they are getting along at a year old, they should be fine.
