Hi,
I've been devouring the info in these forums for the last few months since I decided to get chickens, and finally decided I should probably join. I visited a friend's aunt on her small farm, and fell in love with her chickens, and had to have some of my own! I now have a 3month old Polish, and 2month old Ameracuna and Plymouth Rock. I'm starting to suspect my Plymouth Rock might secretly be a bantam, because she's quite a lot smaller than her apparently same-age ~sister, and I have been led to understand she's supposed to be both a bigger and faster-growing breed. Time will tell, though! I love having them and the way they all come running over to jump out of their run for cuddles when I open the lid. So cute! Thanks for all the advice you never knew you were giving me the last few months!
