Drumstick Diva, he loves them!! And Gander007, I kind of did. Since my parents only live down the road and have a bigger and nicer place than mine, we decided to put them there. And everyone loves them and is excited.

Hello again, just an update. Still no eggs, so I went to the feed store yesterday and bought the ceramic eggs, we shall see how it goes. I spend quite a bit of time watching "chicken tv", and it's so fun. I'm noticing personalities develop. While they are in their run, I can see them starting to establish a pecking order. They are much more curious as to the goings on, and seem to participate in everything. For a while I was worried about them getting into the yard and not coming back, but I can leave the gate open when I go in, and they don't come out. My run is 12' x 24', so I guess this must be enough space for them, as they haven't eaten all of the weeds yet, but are getting there. Here's an updated pic of them being curious as I was cleaning their coop.
